Ring Spinning
Home - Types - Ring Spinning
This is the most common method of spinning cotton fibres. It involves the use of a rotating spindle inside a ring. The fibres are fed to the spindle and twisted to form the yarn.
With this method, fibres with an average length of between 30 and 40 mm are usually spun; the end product will be a strong, low-haired and very regular yarn.
